Pond Creek . . . . . the long awaited affordable housing alternative in Goshen, KY. Across from the award winning North Oldham campus and just minutes away from Springhurst, the Paddock Shops and downtown Louisville, you find the rural atmosphere in which this part of the country takes pride.
Across from Pond Creek, you will find the Creasey Mahan Nature Preserve which has wonderful hiking trails, a nature center, playground, gazebo, and picnic area. When finished, Pond Creek will have 135 beautiful homes, offering all the suburban amenities in a rural setting --- sewers, natural gas, fiber optic internet, and curbs. Sidewalks will be on all streets (not in the courts). For all the residents’ enjoyment, there are 30 acres of Pond Creek that will be left in its natural state, some of which borders Harmony Landing Lake and Pond Creek. Lot sizes range from 1/3 to over 1/2 acre. As of October 2019, Section 1 has one lot available, Sections 2, 3 & 4 are sold out, and Section 5 is on the way.
